Today I am starting my 11 week low carb challenge. That means the first two weeks I am allowed to have carbs until 15:00 o’clock. Then just protein and fats. I also have to separate fats from carbs. (no nuts with fruit etc.)
Then after to weeks I have to reduce my calorie intake by 300 kcal - and these are JUST CARBS!
So lucky me I have to weight everything I eat. Haha great fun! But no pain no gain..
..and to my workouts: 3 x 30 min intense circuit, 1 x legday and 1 x upper body work out. No extra cardio!
